Burn Outs

In silk, rayon and polyester combinations, the classic burn out is a little more feminine and luxurious – an intriguing interplay of softness, light, and translucence. Like our other burn out fabrics, silk burn outs can be produced in a rainbow of colors, prints, patterns and finishes ranging from plush, textured velvet to smooth satin qualities.

Our business began with silk 23 years ago. We offer all basic silk qualities as well as innumerable novelties. Yarn Dye Stripes and Plaids and a comprehensive assortment of solid textures are also within our mix.The offering is endless as development is on going.

Our vast selection of prints is always expanding.  We have in-house printing facilities with capabilities for discharge printing, screenprinting, flat screen, 4 color processing, rotary printing, and flocking in up to 18 colors per design. Our graphic artists can quickly create repeats and put together a collection of prints from your inspiration. Dye class capabilities: direct dye, acid, reactive dye, metalized, disperse, pigment, sulfur, tie dye, dip dye, garment wash, enzyme wash, jigger dye, rope dye, overflow, sand wash, space dye.

Made from stalk, or bast, fibers of the flax plant, linen is a versatile fabric that we produce in a wide range of top and bottom weights and yarn densities. Besides our selection of pure linens, an array of linen blends (cotton, ramie, spandex, and viscose) offer exciting possibilities in linen. All linen-based fabrics can be made in a variety of weaves (jacquard, striped, plaid, heathered), textures (varying degrees of slubbiness) and finishes (garment wash/dye, wrinkle free, fabric wash), while preserving the distinctively organic feel of linen.

Puckered & Seersucker

We make a variety of puckered and seersucker fabrics, from traditional all-cotton yarn-dyed stripes
to blends incorporating rayon, nylon, polyester, and spandex in a range of patterns and finishes.
These are lightweight fabrics, comfortable in any climate, known as ‘seersucker’ after the
Persian words for milk and sugar.
